Reception Attendee - June Wider

Hi Ken-So good to see you with your love of photography, nature, and human spirit. Remembered your e-mail in the article framed outside. What beautiful pictures!!! I was captivated by all your lovely and artistic work. Everytime looking at one photograph, I saw another that I liked even better. Nature has to be the most magnificent beauty in the world. Thank you for inviting me! I enjoyed being there and seeing Africa through your eyes. Your photography is very colorful, real, and impressive and the picture of the children on the log was adorable. It's almost like being there and seeing their little personalities. I think we get so caught up in daily life that we sometimes miss what is right outside our door-nature, the animal kingdom and real people. June Wider

Dale Kenyon

Dale Kenyon—Art Collector and August 2017 Drawing Winner “I was introduced to Ken’s work six years ago at the Barbera Festival and purchased his portrait of San Francisco, taken from Treasure Island the evening the San Francisco Giants won the World Series. I also own his black-and-white version of the Bay Bridge—printed on aluminum. Ken’s compositions are so artistic and taken with such a unique perspective, they receive plenty of compliments. His artwork is extremely appealing to me because of its diverse range of subjects and that he doesn’t rely heavily on filters and photo enhancing software. I enjoy Ken’s website portfolio immensely… it’s a great way to take a trip around the world with all of the wonderful and fascinating places he has been and caught on camera. Our most recent acquisition of Pelican Passing was chosen primarily because of the color. The rich gold sunset silhouetting the horizon over the bay with birds in flight is a true piece of art. Very soothing, therapeutic, and relaxing."
